Senior Care Investment Partners targets businesses where the existing owners are seeking some form of liquidity or management transition.

Current Investment Focus

• Home Health and Homecare Businesses
• Private Pay, Medicaid, or Mixed Payor Sources*
• $5 - $50 million in Revenue
• Based on the East Coast
• In Strict Compliance with Federal and State Regulatory and Tax Policies
• No Significant Threatened or Pending Litigation

*On a selective basis, we will consider other businesses that help seniors to age at home or are tangential (ex. Adult Daycare Centers, Senior Transportation Companies, Nurse Staffing, etc.).

Not Within Our Investment Focus

• Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Durable Medical Equipment Businesses, Imaging Centers, Clinics, or Healthcare Consulting Businesses
