With each acquisition, our goal is simple – that all stakeholders are highly-satisfied. Accordingly, we utilize a straightforward acquisition process.
Step 1: We Forward Our Introductory Business Questionnaire to You
Step 2: We Host an Introductory Conference Call
Step 3: In-Person Meeting (usually within 72 hours of the Introductory Call)
Step 4: We Both Sign a Letter of Intent that Outlines the Transaction Details
Step 5: Due Diligence & Closing
Although we can usually complete transactions more quickly, sellers should assume that the process will take 90 days from start to finish. |
